Our friends David and Michelle got devastating news that their baby girl has tetralogy of fallot absent pulmonary valve she is missing parts they will have to go in and repair. They uprooted themselves and moved to Houston to be close to doctors she was born on Jan 29th today 2/12/2019 she had heart surgery her parents are by her side 24/7 they need some help !!
